Edamame - Healthy Snack/Meal Idea!

To make this as a snack or small meal, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen, shelled Edamame
  • 1/3 cup (45g) frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
  • a dash of filtered water
Put all ingredients in a small microwave safe bowl, heat on full power for 1:30 - stirring after the first minute. Enjoy!
